He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd W. Pugh, Sr. and June Louise; his brother Clinton; and his half-brother William "Charlie" Westcott. He is survived by: his wife Judy Loebach; his sons, Lloyd, III (Barbara) of LaGrange, GA and Tom of Jefferson, IN; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Steven, David and Elizabeth.
He has been residing in a nursing home since 2018 due to his Alzheimer's. Lloyd was a lifelong area resident.
