Kush; his siblings, Yvonne Bretzinger (Mike) and David Kush; and his siblings-in-law, Carl Maglish (Patty), Coleen Burns, Tom Maglish (Kathy), Diana Maglish, Bernadette Maglish, Pat Maglish (Mary Kay) and Glenn Maglish (Gina).
