He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Horn and Mary Horn; his brothers, John, Herman Jr., Charlie and Joe; and his sister-in-law Sue.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Horn; his children, Michael (Kathi), Ellen (Tony) and Julie (John); his grandchildren, Jared (Katie), Morgan, Ashley (Jordan), Maggie and Anna; his great grandchildren, Brayton, Kennedy, Aiden, Parker and Sawyer; and his siblings, Margaret, William and Anna.
