He was predeceased by: his siblings, Arline Brown (late Reiss) and Wayne Raiser; and his parents, Frederick Raiser and Josephine Raiser. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Raiser; his children, Matthew Raiser and Julie Gaham (Jack III); his grandchildren, Madison Raiser, Jack Gaham IV, Donna Gaham and Lucas Raiser; and his brother Kenneth Raiser (Joyce).
