With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thérèse C. Pawlak of Dyer, Indiana, who passed away on August 19, 2022 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Pawlak. She is survived by: her daughters, Lois Hitchcock (Michael), Fran Pawlak, Claire Adachi (Fumio) and Michele Pawlak; her grandchildren, Yoshio Adachi (Melissa), Miki Adachi (Cisco), Christopher Hitchcock (Erica), Ashley Hitchcock (Alex Pica), Jonathan Hitchcock (Katie Reilly) and Jared Torres; and her great grandchild Charlotte Rose Hitchcock.

Those wishing to honor her life can make a donation in her name to Ohio Living Village Hospice.
