Thomas J. Katula Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas J. Katula of Dyer, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Katula and Anne Katula; his brothers, Art Katula, Bob Katula (Jean) and Lou Katula (Nanci); his grandson James; and his brother-in-law Wayne Eggert.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Katula; his children, Julie Splitgerber (Adam) and Joleen Katula (Rocky Cordova); his grandchildren, Abygail Rodrigues (Joe), Sofia Flamini and Alayna Flamini; his great grandchild Vincent Thomas; his sister Mary Anne Eggert; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Munson (Floyd). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the 988 Lifeline in honor of Thomas's grandson, Jimmy.
