He is survived by: his children, Angel Fugate (Dennis Valandingham), Shanna Fugate and Nathan Fugate; and his siblings, Patricia Driscoll (Jim), Judy Berger (Ron), Ronnie, Billy, Jim, Evelyn, Vivian, Marion and Lily Jo.
