She was predeceased by: her mother Velma Fernandez; and her siblings, John, Clayton Fernandez and Louise Gallagher. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Juanita Fernandez, John Fernandez, Robert Fernandez, Cathy Fernandez Bryer, Thomas Fernandez, Lisa Fernandez Grove, Laura Fernandez, Patti Gallagher Naumann, Michael Gallagher and Debra Fernandez Kostka. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews as well as great-great nieces and nephews.
