Vivian Holden Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Vivian Holden of Dyer, Indiana. Vivian, born on October 4, 1938, passed away on September 6, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vivian Holden to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Bert, Sr.; her children, Carl Bert, Jr. and Lisa Madafferi; her son-in-law Peter Madafferi; her parents, Herbert Salsberry and Bertha Salsberry; and her siblings, Kenneth, Elvin, Llyod, Duane, Eleanor and Nila Mae.
She is survived by: her daughter Denise Frey (Robert); her daughter-in-law Jackie Holden; and her granddaughters, Carla Shearer (Jim), Bobbi Vines (Brett), Brenna Stanley (Justin), Colleen Madafferi, Hailey Holden and Shelby (Lee Earl). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 S Cline Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
