He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine E. Maylone; his parents, Leonard Maylone and Mabel Maylone (Shawcroft); his sisters, Marilyn Wachter (late Raymond) and Hazel Mrazek (late Franklin); and his nephews, Larry Piszro (Kathleen), Kirk Mrazek (Mary) and Bradley Wachter (Heather).
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Lynn Kinzel and Bill Maylone (Eileen); his grandchildren, Nicolle Lynn Kinzel, Claire and Julia Maylone; his sister Doris Piszro (late Joseph); his sibling's children, Sharon Stack (Gerald), Keith Piszro (Kathy), Terry Wachter (Frances), Mark Mrazek (Lynn), Craig Mrazek and Karen Kil (Sigmund); and his cousin Marilyn Muryas (late Stanley).
