He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Leroy and Wanda Maxine Perkins (Leuck); his close friend Martha Elliott; his sister Rebecca; and his brother-in-law Butch Vandeveer.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Stacey Johnston), Michelle (Bart Coors), Doug (Melissa) and Melissa (Brian Scott); his grandchildren, Bryant, Baylie Perkins (Clayton Beeler), Samantha (Cole Jarrard), Gabrielle, Alexandra Coors (Jaden), Abbygail, Angela, Olivia Perkins, Honorae and Ocean Scott; his sister Cheryl Winger (Larry); and his sibling's children, Kasey Lowry (Jeff), Matt (Rebecca Hinterlong), Todd (Meredith), Corey Vandeveer (Sara) and Andrew Winger (Amy).
