She was predeceased by: her children, Debra Louis Castañeda, Jonathan Castañeda and Reymundo Cervantes; her parents, Ancencion Lopez and Jovita Lopez; and her siblings, Pablo Lopez, Henry Lopez (Emma), Adolph Lopez (Maria), Monico Lopez, Ezekiel Lopez (Cecelia), Phillip Lopez (Helen), Victor Lopez, Ruben Mayen (Lynn), Mary Ramirez (Santos), Isabel Armenta (John), Margaret Roque (William) and Connie Alamillo (Guadalupe).
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Castañeda, Gregory Castañeda, Senovio Castañeda Jr., Daniel Castañeda (Jennifer), Steven Castañeda (Christine), Patricia Rocha (Victor) and Ann Marie Gutierrez; and her sisters, Sandra Lopez and Gloria Justiano. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fife Funeral Home (4201 Indianapolis Blvd, East Chicago, IN 46312). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at the St. John Cemetery (1547 167th St, Hammond, IN 46320).
