He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Hernandez and Nena Hernandez; his siblings, Oscar, Raul, Eloy, Rich and DeeDee; and his grandmother Juanita Gonzalez.
He is survived by: his siblings, John Hernandez (Pam), Tina Villarreal, Rosie Montemayor (Mark), Yoli Vera and Lisa Martinez (Roy); his godson Andrew; his great-niece Maliah; and his siblings' children, Stephanie, Melissa, Siera, Siena and Juan Hernandez (JP). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
