He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy; his daughter Norma; his parents, Fernando Perez and Margarita Perez; and his brother Samuel Perez (Maria).
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila Blasko (James) and Rita Lopez (Luis); his granddaughter Alayna; and his brother Fernando Perez (Ana). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
