He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Eugene Johnson and Kathryn Johnson (Huber). He is survived by: his children, Robert M. Johnson (Natasha), Michele Baker (Jason) and Charlene Simpson (Chad); his grandchildren, Kylee, Alyssa Baker, Jordyn Simpson, Skylar Johnson, Alexia, Julian and Alyanna Cuadra; his sisters, Karen McGregor (late Ron) and Elizabeth "Betty" Johnson (Jane); and his pets, Maya and Lexi.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the East Chicago Goodfellow Club or Whiting Elks Club would be appreciated.
