She was predeceased by: her siblings, Lorenzo and Josefina; and her husband Manuel Gonzalez. She is survived by: her children, Luis Manuel Gonzalez (Kay), Oscar Gonzalez (Sheila), Mary Isabel Reyes (Edward), Hilda Reyes (Fernando), Andrea Sylvia Gutierrez (Jesus) and Norma Stojakovich (Paul Hughes); and her siblings, Jose, Juanita and Samuel. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (3510 Deodar St, East Chicago, IN 46312). A burial was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the St. John Cemetery (1547 167th St, Hammond, IN 46320).
