She is survived by: her mother Judy Phillips (Stockton); her husband Radar Johnson; her children, Samara Smith, Kash, Londyn and Zayne Johnson; her stepdaughter Phoenix Johnson; her sister Desiree Phillips; her parents-in-law, William and Jackie Johnson; her brother-in-law Billy Johnson; her nephews, Aiden Faulkner and Deuce Phillips; her sisters, Amber Conaster, Danielle Luttrell and Brittany Lee; her aunts and uncles, Bim, Cathy Burnum, Terry, Alice Stockton, Dan and Susan Soloman; Genesis Phillips. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, cousins and her special friends.
