He is survived by: his daughter Melinda Armstrong (Randy Nichols); his siblings, Robert Folsom, Frederick Vaughn Folsom, Pamala Kay Lagle, Marilyn Sue Hazelwood, Lillie Jean Cales and Lori Ann Tincher; his grandchildren, Anika Dawn Folsom and Zachary Allan Nichols; his great grandchildren, Dean Samuel Alexander and Amara Kendall Alexander; and his close friend Paige Hubbard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
