He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirdin Adams and Vada Campbell Adams; and his siblings, Ila Hounshell, F. C. Adams, H. C. Adams, Carol Duncan, Roger Adams and Sara Bennett.
He is survived by: his son David Dillon Adams (Airika) of North Vernon; his grandchildren, Shalyn Monuz, Gregory Evans, Dillaini Asher and David Judah Adams; and his siblings, Hila Illing of Marion, IN, Anna May Zieleniuk of Columbus, Emilee Stedium (Alvin) of Columbus, Wallace Adams (Jeanett) of Trafalgar, Linda Brown (Sonny) of Edinburgh and Jim Adams (Joyce) of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Norman Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
