He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl S. Moore and Betty Moore (Steenbergen); and his sister Vicky Moore. He is survived by: his children, Angela Holzhausen (Brad), Kristy Christian and Justin Moore; his stepchildren, Jason Scott and Brandi Goode (Billy); his grandchildren, Haley Burton (Corey), Macey Ballard, Alyssa Christian, Grayson Moore and Brody Hayden; his stepgrandchildren, Hillary Martinez, Cara Scott, Kiersten Goode, Karsen Goode (Jessica), Cayden Scott and Kiya Scott; his great grandchildren, Waylon Burton, Baron Burton, Berkley Burton, Declan Bettis, Emeryn Bettis and Bronwyn Huber; and his brother David Moore (Laurie).
