He is survived by: his wife Cristi Johnson (Rink) of Elberfeld, IN; his children, Tina M. Fischer (Gerald) of Elberfeld, IN, James A. Johnson (Holly) of Boonville, IN and Lance Johnson; his siblings, Dellarhea Reese (Wilber) of Oakville, IN, Georgia Lambert (Dan) of Zionsville, IN and Paul Johnson (Anita) of Princeton, IN; his grandchildren, Josh Johnson, Heather Johnson, Laura Lee Johnson and Maison Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Paige and Olivia Johnson.
