It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Philip Godeke of Elberfeld, Indiana, who passed away on March 21, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Godeke (Schaperjohn) and William Godeke; and his stepgrandson Andrew Paternoster. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Godeke (Suzanne) of Newburgh, IN and Steven Godeke (Ted Porter) of New York, NY; his sisters, Dorothy Menke and Marian Miller; his brothers-in-law, Wayne Drilling, Bud Dyer (Darlene) and William Young; his grandchildren, Cori Godeke (Brian Tweed) of Odessa, FL and Grant Godeke of Tampa, FL; his stepgrandsons, Edwin Bradley (Leigh Ann) of Thorton, PA and JC Johnson (Kayla) of Elberfeld, IN; and his great grandchildren, Adeline, Jackson, Jasper, Jayce, Kyler, Lauren and Maxwell. He is also survived by 24 nieces and nephews.
