He is survived by: his parents, William C. Smith and Marcia Smith; his son Connor Michael Smith of Elizabeth; his sister Rachael E. Smith (Alex Howard) of New Albany, IN; his aunt Karen Firster (Edward); his uncle David M. Smith (Natalie) of Elizabeth, IN; and his close friend Axl.
