“May he rest in peace. Paul rented a home to me in 2002. He was much more to me than a landlord. He was a friend. He always had an ear to listen and great stories to share. He transported my son to the hospital after an ice storm when he broke his leg. Paul stayed with me for several hours and got us back home. He reluctantly helped me paint my walls purple and laid red carpet. And he took me to his friends house to get a kitten even though he originally said no pets allowed. He was a good man.”
