He is survived by: his wife Linda Leffler; his children, Kim Sams (Rick) and Timothy Leffler; his grandchildren, Amanda Davis (Billy), Joshua Sams and Danielle Williams (Jordan Sullivan); his great grandchildren, Laynie, Sophia, Noah, Grayson, Ryker, Nova, Mia and Malia; and his sisters, Sarah Faye Leffler and Phyllis Knight.
