He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Kelsay and Evelyn Miller Quillen; his brothers, Oren Kelsay, Thomas Kelsay, Russell Kelsay, Wayne Kelsay and Roy Kelsay; and his daughter-in-law Catherine Dykes.
He is survived by: his children, Tonya Marshall of Elizabethtown, Randy Kelsay (Michelle) of Elizabethtown, Danny Kelsay (Maedell Hankins) of Elizabethtown, Patricia Adams (George) of Ninevah, Kimberly James (Todd) of North Vernon, Greg Kelsay (Deanna) of Edinburgh, Mark Scroghan (Tracy) of Columbus, Dean Dykes of Columbus and Anna Scruggs (Juan) of Columbus; and his siblings, Shell Kelsay (Lovetta), Ronnie Kelsay (Sharon) and Patricia Valencia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
