He was predeceased by: his mother Mary McClain; his grandson Kyle Feiles; his close friend Karen Wheeler; and his significant other Caroline Feiles. He is survived by: his children, Mary McDonald (Ken) of Shelbyville, LeEtta Melvin (Mike) of Bellingham, Lora Ryan (Lonnie) of Columbus and Tom Feiles of North Vernon; his grandchildren, Magen Arbuckle (Darin), Clayton Trotter, Grace McDonald, Lillian McDonald, Adrienne McDonald, Brandon Melvin (Johanna), Kelsey Melvin, Jessica Melvin, Amanda Ryan, Drew Feiles, Heather Eckert, Josh Adams, Nick Adams and Cody Adams; his great grandchildren, Alyssa McCollum, Isaac McCollum, Belle Foxworthy, Sophia Foxworthy, Brennly Melvin, Kyler, Benny and Colton; and his siblings, Gloria Quicksell of Columbus, Nellie Sullivan of Columbus, Delilah Lefler of Columbus, Timmy Brown (Diane) of Columbus, David Brown of Columbus and Karen Brown of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
