He is survived by : his children, Kirk Douglas of Greenwood and Carrie Douglas of Columbus; his grandson Peyton Proctor; and his siblings, Cyrena Puckett (Randall) of Louisville, Maureen Nolley (Norman) of Shelbyville, Brenda Harden of Columbus, Marcelene Huesman of Columbus, Mark Douglas (Tina) of Columbus and Tim Douglas (Angela) of Whiteland.
