She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Miller and Meta Miller (Gaertner); her husband Richard Peterson; and her siblings, Juanita Lentz (David), Douglas Miller, Ruth Miller and Alan Miller (Jackie).
She is survived by: her sons, Craig R. Peterson and Dane J. Peterson; her grandchildren, Alexis Peterson and Zoie Nusbaum (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Sophie Nusbaum and Wesley Nusbaum.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (30888 Co Rd 6, Elkhart, IN 46514). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
