He was predeceased by: his parents, Cristobal Beltran and Amalia Beltran (Luna); his wife Bessie G. Beltran (Cantu); his sister SanJuanita Garzez (Esteban Garzez); and his grandson Jacob Salazar Beltran.
He is survived by: his children, Antonio "Tony" Beltran, Jr. (Amy Kaufman), Alicia Wiess (Paul) and Amanda Diaz (Jose); his sisters, Olga Beltran Flores (David Flores) and Florestella Beltran Pena (David Penna); and his great grandchild Elliot. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
