He was predeceased by: his mother Rosalie Koltookian. He is survived by: his spouse Shelley Bardwell; his children, Zaven D. Koltookian and Armen J. Koltookian; his father Zaven S. Koltookian; and his sisters, Astrig Tanguay (Steven) and Christine Carey (Christopher). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
