She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Metcalf and Virginia Metcalf (Vrabel); her children, Cindy Mott, Sandy Kasey Medina and Jeff Shaffer; her granddaughter Dawn Kasey; and her siblings, Nancy Sundman, Janet Metcalf and Larry Metcalf.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Shaffer. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and twelve great great grandchildren.
