She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Walters and Catherine Walters (Borneman). She is survived by: her husband Dean Douglas; her children, Deniese Exner (Mark), Debbie O'Donnell (Tom) and Stacy Douglas (Erik Korzilius); her grandchildren, Shelly Colip (Drew), Sara Capron (Nick), Katie Jo Marino (Joey), William Exner (Jocelyn), Mary Grace Thomas (Mike) and Michael Exner (Katie); and her siblings-in-law, Mike Douglas, Cathy Barkman (Joe), Marian Hammontree (Dean) and Pam Green (Rick). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, her loving family and many friends.
