He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lefever (Barnhart); his children, Luke Elkhart (Jennifer Burke), Benjamin, Jed and Courtney; his grandchildren, Kaliah, Alex, Jekayla and Duncan; his siblings, Willa Lefever (Bill Kaiser) and Dan Lefever; and his nieces, Chloe Lawrence (Orlando Campos), Twyla Dill and Celina Dill.
