He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Freeze and Ruby Freeze (Duke); his son Alan Freeze; his granddaughter Allison C. Freeze; and his siblings, Leighton Freeze, Sammy Freeze, Oda Kay Crocker and Helen Kime.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jamie A. Freeze (Bethany) of Elkhart, April M. Freeze of Edwardsburg, MI and Stefanie A. Stouder (Jack) of Goshen, IN; and his siblings, Terry Freeze of Tampa, FL, Edna Moss of Taylor, MI, Betty Jo Nelson of Westland, MI and Faye Johns (Harry) of Wyandotte, MI. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
