She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Hayes and Cleo Hayes; and her siblings, Sandra Shupert, Jerry Hayes and Dennis Hayes.

She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Mann; her children, Brett Mann (Kelli) of Goshen and Damie Jones (Greg) of Edwardsburg, Michigan.; her grandchildren, Dakota Jones, River Jones, Jacob Mann, Piper Mann and Cooper Mann; her great grandchildren, Owen, Juniper, Josie and Norah; and her grandsons, Linden and Jett.
