She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances W. Chapman and Mary M. Chapman (Sapen); her husband John Simmons; and her daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Simmons. She is survived by: her daughter Eustacia "Stacey" Rogers of Syracuse; and her grandchildren, Ryan Cripe (Heather) of Goshen, Iris "Jean" Rogers of Olathe and Jared Arnett (Kathy) of Elkhart. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
