He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Smith and Elbertine Smith (Cotterill); and his wife Mary Maxine (Kimes). He is survived by: his children, Gary Smith (Sue) and Nancy A. Smith; and his brother Thomas Phillip Smith. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
