He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Waire and Willa Jane Waire (Watson); and his siblings, Daryl Waire, Debbie Griggs and Mary Rightsall.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rayanna Waire of Elkhart and Joseph Tallerico of Mishawaka; his granddaughter Zoey West; and his brother Dewayne "Jimmy" Waire.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Cruz Family Funeral Home. A burial was held on Monday, April 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Swan Lake Cemetery (5700 US-20, Michigan City, IN 46360).
