He was predeceased by: his father Charles Butler; and his stepfather John Horvath. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Horvath (Anderson); his children, Michelle Rogers (DeWayne), Mallory Kaiser, Amber White (Jeremy) and Michael Butler (Amy); and his siblings, Laurie Suter, Brent Butler (Jana) and Blake Butler. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
