He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Peterson and Alphilde Peterson (Anderson); his wife Maggie; his sister Carol Erickson (Peterson); and his son David Peterson.
He is survived by: his sons, Dwight (Bonnie), Darrell (Leslie) and Deron (Beth); his daughter-in-law Ruth Peterson; and his sister Janice Pihl (Peterson).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Sugar Grove Church (58512 Old County Rd 17, Goshen, IN 46528). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
