She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Whybrew and Wilma Watters Seigler (Joseph); and her husband Charles Bell. She is survived by: her daughters, Leigh of Elkhart and Cathy Bell of Elkhart; her grandchildren, Dr. Amber Sheppard (Nick), Goshen, Stacy Stutzman (Greg) of Valparaiso and Keith Stamm of Granger; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Mackenzie, Olivia, Jackson and Hailey; and her siblings, Steven Whybrew of McAllen, TX, Pam Seigler Moore of East Stroudsburg, PA and Lynn Lyons of Elkhart. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and sibling-in-laws.
