With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Jay of Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on August 22, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Eby and Clara Eby (Quillo); her husband Michael "Mike" J. Jay; her siblings, Merlyn G. Eby and Blanche E. Girten; and her niece Cynthia "Cindy" Eby.
She is survived by: her children, William "Brad" Jay (Krista), Matthew R. Jay, Jennifer L. Ivaldi (Davide), Amy M. Jay and Tracy A. Sheldon (Michael); her grandchildren, Christopher, Reagan and Nora; and her nephew Tim Eby (Karen Palmer).
