He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Ella Slack; his grandmothers, Hazel Slack and Essie Tubbs; and his brother Theodore Slack. He is survived by: his parents, Edna Ruth Slack (Tubbs) of Bristol and Cecil Romayne Slack of Bristol, IN; and his sister Teresa Nissley (Ken) of Elkhart.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Northside Baptist Church or Bearing Precious Seed Bibles.
