We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2021, at the age of 76, Charles Ragland of Elkhart, Indiana, born in Columbia, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Samuel and Pearl Ann Ragland (Agrew); his wife Ann Chaney; and his brother Nelson Ragland. He is survived by: his sons, Mark, Bryan and Steven Ragland (Tammy); his siblings, Harvey (Lillie), Dennis (Sharry), Robert, David, Tony Ragland, Virginia Ann Rice and Lois Ann Tully (Larry); his grandchildren, Taylor, Riley, Connor and Bradley Ragland; and his great grandchildren, Lawson, Deacon and Carter Ragland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Charles memory to the Heart to Heart Hospice.
