He is survived by: his wife Debara Warren (Dolan); his daughters, Rhonda McMillen of Fort Wayne and Kristin Elkins (Rod) of Edwardsburg, Michigan.; his grandchildren, David Peterson, Travis Peterson, Tyler Kelly, Eleanor Elkins and Addison Elkins; and his brother Kevin Warren of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
