Connie O. Forte Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie O. Forte of Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on March 1, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Connie O. Forte to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Derwood W. Davis and Edna E. Davis (Anderson); and her close friends, Petey, Casey, Max, Maddie and Brownie.
She is survived by: her husband Michael J. "Mike" Forte; her children, Ian J. Forte (Michelle) of Goshen and Sara R. Forte of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.; and her grandchildren, Lydia, Blake, Jade, Kierre Forte and Hannah Ihrig. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
