She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Field and Elsie Field; and her nephew Ryan Yapp. She is survived by: her husband Don Otten; her children, Alisa Dunlap (Dominic) of Chicago, IL., Andrew "Andy" Borell (Leora) and Eric Borell (Melissa) of Waukee, IA; her stepgrandchildren, Cole Dunlap and Gillian Dunlap; her grandchildren, Aliana, Elliott and Donovan; her sister Debra Yapp (Kevin) of Belvidere, IL.; and her nephew Tim Yapp (Blake).
