He is survived by: his partner Jolynn "Joeie" Headley; his children, Blake Crist (Madison Rogers) of Elkhart, Shianne Crist of Elkhart and Brooke Carr (Deunate) of Middlebury; his brothers, Jerry Crist, Jr. of Elkhart and Michael Crist (Audrey) of Middlebury; his grandchildren, Alyza, Bentlee Carr and Atlas Crist; his nieces and nephews, Madison, Mia, Michael and Merin Crist; his best buddies, Jim Smith (Kristi) of Elkhart and Wayne Owensby of Elkhart; and his fabulous pupper doggers, Thor, Leo, Shelby and Izzy. He is also survived by loving extended family, friends, coworkers, in-laws.
