He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Ratzel; his niece Shannon Gerber; and his father-in-law Charles Hensel. He is survived by: his mother Jean Ratzel (Edgar); his wife Pamela A. Hensel; and his sisters, Nancy King and Joanne Gerber (Denny). He is also survived by 6 nieces, 2 nephews and several great nieces and great nephews.
